Terms of use

Updated 24 September 2026. InvoiceFlow is a private internal tool for authorised Mason Farming users. It is not offered as a public accounting service.

Authorised use

Use the app only for Mason Farming records you are authorised to process. Keep the Mac and connected accounting account secure. Confirm invoice identity, amount and payment accurately before enabling delivery.

QuickBooks attachments

The connection uploads eligible invoice documents as attachments. An attachment does not itself create an accounting entry, reconcile a transaction, pay an invoice or prove payment. Users remain responsible for checking their accounting records and delivery status.

Operation

InvoiceFlow must be running and connected to the internet to send documents. Service availability also depends on Intuit and the connection providers. You can pause the uploader or disconnect QuickBooks through the app’s settings. Intuit’s own terms apply to use of QuickBooks.
