Invoice and account information

InvoiceFlow processes invoice files, supplier details, invoice references, amounts and payment confirmations for Mason Farming’s accounting administration. Eligible files are sent directly from InvoiceFlow to Intuit QuickBooks after payment has been confirmed. The public connection website does not host invoice files.

Connection credentials

QuickBooks sign-in is handled by Intuit. During connection, Intuit returns a short-lived authorisation code and connection state through this Cloudflare-hosted website to InvoiceFlow on the same Mac. InvoiceFlow checks the state and company before exchanging the code. The app stores its QuickBooks credentials and tokens in macOS Keychain.

Storage and providers

InvoiceFlow uses the configured local and iCloud invoice vault and local delivery records. Uploaded attachments are retained in Mason Farming’s QuickBooks account. Cloudflare serves these public pages and processes web request information for delivery and security under its own privacy policy. Intuit and Apple process data in their respective services.

This website adds no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or application tracking cookies. The callback page does not deliberately save authorisation codes to browser storage.

Control and support

Authorised Mason Farming users can pause delivery in InvoiceFlow and revoke the connection through QuickBooks connected-app settings. Disconnecting does not delete invoices or attachments already stored. For access, correction, deletion or support requests, contact the Mason Farming administrator through your existing business contact. Retention of accounting records is managed by Mason Farming.
